The Eden Complex

View_To_Affinity_SpacesThis is one of many views I am currently processing for my final project in the Master’s program at ASU. Wish me luck…

Also on another side note I know I have not been around lately but it is alot of work to plan out a design and fabrication business while being a student and having a job and searching for a professional one as well. So here is a list of my current side projects outside of school:

– Tricopter and shell (designing and fabricating my own custom tricopter from scratch)

– Laser cutter (hopefully 12″ x 24″ out of various scanner plotter and etc parts)

– Attack on Titan 3d maneuvering gear for cosplay

– Custom steampunk lock boxes on commission

So I hope all is well and look forward to me posting more often in the near future. Graduation is only days away……..

A Fox Returns

A Fox Returns

So this was made by my loving and amazing girlfriend. I know I dont really have many followers or know any of my followers, but this blog started as a required part of my digital fabrication class. I knew long before I started this class that the niche I wanted to be in was fabrication. So by day I am a Revit slave working for a big name firm in California, and by night I am a nerdy fabricator, making random 3d prints, digital models, and exploring the digital realm of futuristic architecture. So for now be patient, I will return soon, with new programs (vasari, dynamo, grasshopper, 3ds max, lumion, and solid works, and ideas.

Nautilus Pavilion

Nautilus Pavilion

This is my design entry for my digital fabrication class’s small scale pavilion. This pavilion would be made of small scale lumber members that are lap jointed and glued together into strips that would be able to bend and twist with the natural allowable capabilities small scale lumber posses. Then it would sit on a structural base and column that would hold it in place and complete the pavilion as a whole.
